Frequently Asked Questions About Life Coaching

Is Life Coaching useful even if I do not have a specific “problem”, but simply want to grow?

Absolutely.

Many people begin Life Coaching not because something is broken, but because they want to evolve more consciously. They want to know themselves better, develop new ways of observing themselves and others, improve different areas of life, move from autopilot to intentional choice, build a more authentic vision, increase courage and consistency in their decisions, and create healthier, more mature relationships.

Coaching is often a powerful accelerator when you are ready to stop postponing yourself.

How does the free introductory call work? Do I need to prepare anything?

The call is a space to understand your context, clarify what you want, explore what may be blocking you, and assess together whether and how we might work well together.

You may find it useful to reflect beforehand on your main theme, the obstacles you are facing, and what you have already tried. But you are equally welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

How many sessions do I really need? It depends on you, the topic you want to

work on, and how ready you are to engage actively in the process.

Life Coaching is highly flexible. Some journeys begin with sessions closer together, and over time the rhythm may shift from weekly meetings to once or twice a month. The frequency is tailored to your needs and to the nature of the work.

I live in Turin. Can I do in-person sessions?

Yes. I work both in person in Turin and online. During the introductory call, I will explain the practical details and help you choose the format that best suits you.

What does Head–Heart–Gut mean in decision-making?

When a decision truly matters, different parts of you often respond in different ways.

The head analyses.
The heart desires or fears.
The gut senses safety or alarm.

In our work together, you learn how to bring these centres into dialogue, so that a choice is not only rational on paper, but also livable and sustainable in reality. This leads to more balanced decisions across your embodied centres of intelligence.

Do you also use NEF™© in a Life Coaching journey?

  • Yes, when appropriate.

    NEF™© can support stronger internal coherence and often helps make the process both deeper and more efficient. In some cases, when a more persistent block appears, such as internal conflict, deep beliefs, or automatic reactions, we may integrate NEF™© as a facilitation tool to help realign what you think, feel, and do.

    It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or a healthcare service, and it does not replace clinical support. It is a complementary approach designed to support more integrated change across mind, body, and emotions.

Can Life Coaching also help me with relationships and boundaries?

Yes.

Many coaching journeys begin around difficulty saying no, dealing with intrusive or demanding people, or communicating in ways that are unclear or overly accommodating.

The work is practical: clearer boundaries, more honest conversations, more coherent choices, and learning not to betray yourself simply to keep the peace.

If my life is already full and I have very little time, does it still make sense to start?

Yes.

Often the issue is not only lack of time, but also the belief that you cannot truly create space for change, or the absence of a clear and sustainable strategy. “I do not have time” can easily become the perfect mechanism for never beginning.

In those cases, we work with essential priorities, high-impact micro-actions, and a rhythm that fits your real life, including work and family.

Coaching should not become one more burden. It should help free up energy.

How do you handle confidentiality and privacy?

What you share in session remains confidential.

I work in a professional setting with great care for privacy, respect, and personal dignity. If we work online, I also help you think about how to create a setting that feels practically protected and private.

How much does a Life Coaching programme cost?

The investment depends on the duration, frequency, and scope of the work.

We discuss it during the introductory call. I will suggest the option that best fits your situation, and I will also tell you honestly if I feel it is not the right time or not the right path for you.

How do I know whether you are the right coach for me?
