Executive Coaching
in Turin and online
For leaders, entrepreneurs,
and professionals
who want to lead with clarity,
presence, and impact
Strengthen your leadership.
Accelerate your career.
Elevate your professional performance.
Executive Coaching is not corporate training, strategic consulting, or traditional mentoring. It is a personalised process designed to help you grow as a leader, navigate complexity with greater clarity, and perform at a high level without losing yourself in the process.
I work with managers, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who want to make better decisions, communicate with greater impact, lead more effectively, and build a professional path aligned with who they are.
With over 15 years of experience integrating Coaching with mind-body approaches, I support clients in unlocking more grounded leadership, stronger presence, and more sustainable performance.
What Is l’Executive Coaching?
Executive Coaching focuses on you as a professional: your leadership, your career, your performance, your ability to manage complexity, your communication, and your growth as a decision-maker.
This is not about teaching technical skills you already have. It is about developing the inner and relational qualities that shape how you lead: how you make decisions, how you respond under pressure, how you manage people and change, and how you influence others with credibility and presence.
At its best, Executive Coaching helps you close the gap between external success and internal alignment.
Who It Is For
Executive Coaching may be right for you if you:
- are moving through a significant career transition and want to approach it with more clarity, confidence, and strategy.
- are a manager, founder, executive, or professional who wants to lead more effectively, communicate more clearly, and make better decisions under pressure.
- are navigating complex team dynamics, conflict, or relational challenges that are affecting your energy or effectiveness.
- are performing at a high level, but the cost in stress, tension, or exhaustion is becoming too high.
- want to develop authentic leadership rather than relying on borrowed models or techniques that do not fully reflect who you are.
- need to make important strategic decisions and want more than analysis. You want clarity, perspective, and alignment.
- sense that the real block in your growth may not be external, but internal: beliefs, patterns, hesitation, self-doubt, or difficulty delegating and trusting others.
- experience impostor syndrome despite strong results and visible achievements.
- want to improve public speaking, communication, or negotiation not only technically, but in terms of presence, authenticity, and impact.
- want to integrate ambition and wellbeing more intelligently, so that professional success does not come at the expense of health, relationships, or personal stability.
What Leadership Really Means
Leadership is what remains when you take away the title, the desk, and the status.
It is not about authority alone. It is about the quality of presence, trust, and direction you bring when things become uncertain, demanding, or complex.
Real leadership is not performance in the theatrical sense. It is not the ability to look like a leader. It is the ability to become a point of reference that others genuinely trust.
In my work, leadership is not primarily about doing. It is first about being.
You can learn management tools and communication models, but deeper leadership emerges from identity: from your values, your inner position, your emotional steadiness, and your ability to stay centred under pressure.
And leadership is not limited to business. It is a human quality before it becomes a professional one.
What We Work On
Every Executive Coaching journey is tailored to the individual, but these are some of the areas we most often explore.
Authentic Leadership Development
How do you lead in a way that is both effective and true to who you are? How do you inspire trust, make difficult decisions, and remain aligned with your values even under pressure?
Strategic Communication and Executive Presence
How do you communicate with clarity and authority? How do you present ideas convincingly, negotiate with more confidence, and strengthen your presence in important conversations?
Career Strategy and Professional Direction
How do you think beyond the immediate next move? How do you build a career that reflects both ambition and meaning? How do you make strategic choices over the short, medium, and long term?
Performance Under Pressure
How do you stay focused and composed when expectations are high? How do you transform pressure into productive energy rather than stress, reactivity, or paralysis?
Decision-Making in Complex Contexts
How do you make decisions when not everything is clear? How do you balance data and intuition? How do you avoid overthinking and still remain thoughtful?
Change and Transition
How do you move through change with greater resilience? How do you lead others during uncertain transitions? How do you work with resistance, ambiguity, and loss of control?
Work-Life Integration
Not simply balance, but integration. How do you sustain high performance without compromising wellbeing, relationships, or health? How do you create a professional life that is both ambitious and sustainable?
My Approach to Executive Coaching
My approach is personalised, integrative, and deeply human. I do not apply rigid protocols, because leadership is never generic and neither is change.
What makes my work distinctive is the integration of Ontological Coaching, body-based awareness, and Neuro Emotional Facilitation™©.
Ontological Coaching
We work on who you are as a leader, not only on what you do.
That means exploring the beliefs you hold, the internal language you live in, the identity you bring into professional situations, and the deeper patterns shaping your behaviour.
When your way of being changes, your communication, leadership, and decisions begin to change with it.
Body Awareness and Non-Verbal Communication
Your body communicates before your words do.
Posture, breathing, tension, movement, and expression all influence how you show up and how others experience you. They also reveal a great deal about what is happening internally.
Developing awareness at this level helps strengthen both self-regulation and relational intelligence.
A Mind-Body Approach to Performance
Performance does not happen only in the mind.
In my work, I also draw on the perspective of Head, Heart, and Gut as three centres of intelligence that influence how we think, feel, decide, and act.
This may include work with breath, grounding, emotional reset practices, visualisation, and energy management, especially when stress, overload, or pressure are affecting your clarity and effectiveness.
NEF™© – Neuro Emotional Facilitation™©
When recurring beliefs, emotional patterns, or internal blocks continue to interfere with your growth, performance, or leadership, I may integrate NEF™© into the process.
This can be especially valuable when you notice patterns such as self-sabotage, impostor syndrome, chronic over-efforting, difficulty trusting yourself, or a persistent gap between what you know and what you actually embody.
NEF™© is also useful in supporting greater alignment between mind and body, direction and action, ambition and inner coherence.
Strategic Advisory, When Appropriate
Although my work is rooted in Coaching, there are times when sharing perspective, strategic reflection, or relevant experience can be useful.
When appropriate, I may bring in advisory elements to support your progress more effectively. And when I believe specialist consulting is what you actually need, I will tell you clearly.
Practical Tools You Can Apply Immediately
Each session is designed to generate real movement.
This is not abstract reflection disconnected from life. The goal is to help you leave each conversation with clearer awareness, stronger direction, and concrete actions you can apply in your professional context.
Executive Coaching, Mentoring, or Consulting?
These are different tools, and each has its place.
Executive Coaching
Best suited when you want to grow as a leader, strengthen your decision-making, expand self-awareness, and create meaningful professional change from the inside out.
Mentoring
Useful when you want advice, perspective, or best practices from someone who has already walked a similar path.
Consulting
Necessary when the issue is primarily technical, strategic, or operational, and you need a specialist to analyse a problem and provide expert solutions.
In my work, I mainly integrate Coaching and NEF™©, with advisory input when helpful. But I will always be transparent about what I believe is the right form of support for your situation.

Possible formats include:
Short programmes (3–5 sessions)
For focused goals or as an initial stage before a deeper engagement.
Mid-length programmes (3–6 months)
For leadership development, role transitions, specific projects, or sustained professional growth.

Frequently Asked Questions About Executive Coaching
Does Executive Coaching really work, or is it just another corporate trend?
Executive Coaching has been well established for years and is widely used across organisations, leadership teams, and entrepreneurial environments around the world.
Does it work? Yes, provided one essential condition is met: you must be genuinely willing to engage in the process.
Executive Coaching is not a passive learning experience. It is not a course where you simply absorb information. You are an active participant in your own development.
The quality of the results depends on your willingness to reflect honestly, challenge familiar patterns, and take action in new ways. When that commitment is present, the outcomes can be tangible, meaningful, and measurable.
How can the ROI of Executive Coaching be measured?
-
The return on Executive Coaching can show up in different ways, depending on your role, your goals, and the context you are working in.
It may be reflected in:
- stronger performance reviews or career progression
- more effective and balanced strategic decisions
- improved stress management
- healthier work-life integration
- more engaged and higher-performing teams
- better communication and stronger negotiation outcomes
- increased business growth for entrepreneurs and founders
- more positive feedback from colleagues, senior leaders, or direct reports
At the same time, some of the most valuable returns are not purely numerical. Greater clarity, stronger self-trust, better leadership presence, and a deeper sense of alignment often become just as important as measurable external results.
Why should I choose you as my Executive Coach?
-
Because I bring together different dimensions of leadership development in a way that is both practical and deeply personal.
-
I bring over 15 years of experience integrating Coaching with mind-body work.
-
I have worked with managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals facing growth, pressure, transition, and leadership challenges.
-
When needed, I integrate Coaching with NEF™© to support deeper shifts, unblock limiting patterns, and create stronger internal alignment.
-
My style is direct, but respectful. I will challenge you when necessary, but always with care, clarity, and respect for who you are.
-
I believe in authentic leadership, not in scripted performance or borrowed leadership personas.
-
And if I feel I am not the right person for you, I will tell you openly.ù
-
In coaching, the quality of the relationship matters. That is one of the reasons why the introductory conversation is important: it gives us the opportunity to understand whether we can work well together.
How much does it cost?
We can discuss fees during the introductory conversation, as the investment depends on the type of programme, the level of support required, and the goals we are working towards.
What I can say is that Executive Coaching is a strategic investment in your development as a leader.
A useful question is not only what the coaching costs, but also what it may be costing you to remain stuck in patterns, decisions, or ways of leading that no longer serve your growth.
Start Your Executive Coaching Journey
You do not need to decide everything now.
We can begin with a 20–30 minute introductory conversation to get to know each other, understand whether Executive Coaching is the right fit for you, and explore how we might work together.
