If you don't change direction you might end up where you're going - Lao Tzu

Finding one's "direction," the one that is truly ours, the one that is truest and most authentic, is probably the essential element of our lives, because it is that element that once recognized allows everything else to unravel, the tangible expression of ourselves.

▬ The most important question ▬

What do you want?

This is the most important question and the one that describes you the most because it describes your current situation, your starting point.
It is one of the most beautiful questions because it encapsulates the generative potential of your future, whether near or far, your direction.

Facilitative Coaching is precisely asking yourself this question as a starting point: what do you want?

What if
What

Have you ever wonderedæ if you want to change anything in your life? And if so, what? Maybe you would like to improve in a specific area and evolve!

Business target
Target

Without goals everything is more difficult and far away. Is there a goal you would like to achieve? Or do you just need to get your bearings or feel the need for a "change of scenery"

Happiness
Health

Listen to your body's signals. Is your health communicating something important to you? Or are you the one who wants to improve your health and well-being?

Obstacles are those scary things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.

Henry Ford

▬ FIND YOUR ANSWERS ▬

Coaching allows you to find YOUR answers!

Chances are you have read books or watched self-help videos, on personal growth, success, the meaning of life, wellness, the relationship between mind and body, and the meaning of illnesses discovering useful concepts and information. They are a good foundation, but often what is left is notes in a notebook and good intentions; what is missing is translating that information, those notions, into reality.

I am a professional coach: I help and support you to put into practice theories and techniques aimed at taking concrete steps in the direction of discovering more of you and achieving your goal.

The path of Facilitative Coaching guides you through understanding and powerful inner changes that tap into your personal purpose, awakening inspiration and activating motivation to enact outer changes through new found energies, heart-driven actions, more self-affirming resultsæ.

Facilitative Coaching

In coaching you enter a safe zone, where:

  • To be able to be yourselfæ, to stop and begin to really reflect
  • Trying introspective methods and tools for thinking differently
  • Better understand the meaning of your questions and begin to put together the pieces of possible answers
  • Structuring a pathway to meet those demands
  • Employ my support and expertise to work on you and the future you want to build

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work? Where do I start?

A brief telephone interview is conducted to understand what motivates you to choose this path, what your expectations are, and then the first one-and-a-half hour cognitive session is scheduled. Here we will talk about the issues you want to work on and what motivates you to do so, through dialogue and some simple exercises we will carry out further clarification on this and consider possible options of how to build a pathway between where you are now and where you want to go or to facilitate the clarification you need. You will have a chance to make your own considerations and, if you wish, we will structure together a path specifically for you in line with your needs and availability.

How long does a Facilitative Coaching course last?

Duration varies with respect to what you want to work on. For some, the Coaching path lasts 2 to 3 months, while others require a longer period of time: it is essential to take note of the importance of the time that working on oneself requires.

How often do you have Coaching sessions?

Unlike other paths that require a fixed weekly frequency, Coaching has a variable frequency, that is, this varies precisely during the course itself. In my activity the initial frequency in the first 3/5 meetings is once every 7/10 days, thereafter it can remain the same for a few more sessions, or vary becoming fortnightly or monthly. Necessities that may arise during the course may bring the frequency of meetings back to be weekly for another period and return again to a longer frequency. The frequency of meetings like the length of the path are variables that change according to your own needs, which is why each coachee (the coaching client) has a different frequency of meetings and different length of the path!

How long does a Coaching session last?

The length of each meeting also varies according to what needs to be done in that session itself; there are mainly four types of sessions:

  • Regular session, 60 minutes
  • Short session, 30 minutes
  • Extended session, 90 minutes
  • Long sessions, 2 to 3 hours or even half a day
What if for some reason I urgently need to have a session?

It may happen that in certain situations, the coachee (client) needs an urgent session. Urgencies take priority over everything, consequently, consistent with the availability of both of us, I will make every effort to carry it out (in person, Skype, WhattsApp videocall, phone). Urgent sessions do not cost extra than the agreed fee schedule.

The "Coaching and Facilitation Zone" focuses on a few central points:

One

No separation of mind, body, and spirit, we work on the person who is the whole of these

Real

In the sessions you are who you really are; the common moral or social masks we often wear in life preferably stand outside the door

Personal engagement

Willingness to openly put oneself out there is an essential element

Beliefs

What you believe about yourself, for better or worse, determines who you are and your current reality. Working on your beliefs is an integral part of this journey

Concordance

Establishing an open collaboration agreement to work on the subject matter of the pathway is a key step in creating the basis for facilitation

Current situation

Honest exposition and evaluation of your life at this time, and of the issue you intend to work on; assess other aspects not considered-or removed-that might prove important

Potential = resources - interference

Self-expression comes through assessing what's in your potential (usually much more than what your critical mind tells you!), what your most expressed resources are, and seeing what handbrakes are being pulled that would like to keep you from moving forward.

Trainability

Make it plausible to train and improve a skill that you don't initially think you have.

Possibilities

The ability to make it possible, we work in opening and not closing, consequently we open the mental, behavioral and practical doors to opportunities.

Health and Wellness

They are based on the ONE, we will never work on a pathology or disorder, but on YOU
